Typography: Manwritt (Alphabet Creation)
Manwritt is a experimental project that hearkens back to the days of conceptualising at University. It goes beyond recreating a new typeface as the idea was to explore systems and boundaries used in visual communication and develop your own.
With influences from Runes, Manwritt aesthetics are based on a rigid line system that generally runs horizontal as well as vertical. Each symbol is unique in which is represents a hand gesture from the American Sign Language alphabet.
